Mark carried out our Level 3 Building Survey and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. His written report was thorough and detailed, and he clearly took the time to properly inspect the property. What really stood out was the follow-up call the next day to walk through the findings — he was professional yet genuinely approachable, and gave sound, honest guidance that helped us catch several important issues before finalising our home purchase. Couldn’t recommend him more highly for anyone buying an older property in Bristol.

Mark was incredibly thorough in completing a Level 3 survey for us prior to purchasing a property, and his follow up call was invaluable in giving us the clearest possible insight in to understanding the complexities and nuances in his report. Worth every penny and will certainly use him again in the future.

Mark was great. I had a L3 survey done, was very detailed and afterwards took the time to walk me through it and explain anything I was unclear on. Made something that I found very confusing easy, would definitely recommend!

I would definitely recommend Hunter Ellis if you need a survey doing. Mark did an amazingly thorough survey, which even included garden sheds! His report was both clear and detailed with photos to illustrate the points made. The drone imagery of the roof was super helpful to have. Positive findings as well as issues were fully described along with recommendations for action so I felt I got a comprehensive picture of the pros and cons of the property. After sending me the report, Mark arranged a time to discuss any queries by phone, which was a fantastic opportunity to get personalised advice and become more confident in my understanding of the report and significant findings. A first class service and well worth the outlay.
