Drone Surveys

Our drone surveys offer a safe, efficient, and cost-effective method of inspecting high-level or difficult-to-access areas, such as roofs, chimneys, valley gutters, and parapet walls. Using our high-resolution DJI Mini 3 Pro, we capture detailed aerial imagery and video footage that can reveal defects not visible from ground level.

This service is particularly useful for assessing the condition of:

• Roof coverings and flashings

• Chimney stacks and pots

• Valleys, gullies, and parapets

• Dormers, skylights, and roof junctions

Drone surveys are often included as part of our Level 3 Building Surveys, but they are also available as a standalone service for routine maintenance checks, insurance inspections, or when scaffolding access is impractical.

All drone operations are conducted in accordance with current CAA regulations and are weather permitting. We are full members of FPV UK, the UK's leading drone association, ensuring we follow best practices for safety, privacy, and airspace awareness.

Imagery can be provided in both still and video formats to suit your reporting needs.
